The Township of Perth East is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified, experienced firms to develop and present a comprehensive Fire Master Plan for the Perth East and West Perth Fire Departments, identifying fire protection service delivery needs for both municipalities’ residents, businesses, and visitors who rely on those services over the next ten (10) years; this assignment expressly excludes the development of a Community Risk Assessment. To be clear, this RFP is administered by the Township of Perth East with the intent to develop two complementary Fire Master Plans through one procurement process.
